Even been able to change the led colours on the front of the interface was a great little extra. Hats off to Focusrite as they have nailed it with this interface. I bought this to be the final piece for my home studio and I am so glad that I bought this specific interface. XLN Audio Addictive Keys, Softube Time and Tone Bundle, Focusrite Red. Connecting it to my DAW was easy and the individual controls on the front make using the 2 ins on the front for my guitar and mic really easy too. From unboxing it to having it working as the main sound source on my laptop was immediate.
The metal finish speaks quality over other interfaces of this group as many of them are plastic. I bought the Focusrite Scarlett 4i4usb under recommendation of a friend and had read reviews so was buying it in faith that it would serve the needs I had for my home studio and I have to say that when it arrived, well I was very impressed. Every new Scarlett 3rd Gen, Clarett and Red interface comes with an unbeatable range of tried-and-tested studio tools from some of the biggest names in the business.
